TARPTENT Dipole 1+ Li is made with Dyneema® composite fabric and offers unparalleled interior usable volume – with sit-up and lie-down room for tall people up to 203 cm (6'8") and the longest, widest sleeping pads.
It is ideal for trekking pole users who want the ultimate in low weight, protection and usable interior space. A fast 4-stake, fly-first pitch with guyline-free entry and exit makes it elegant and sturdy, while the reverse-tapered floor gives you room where you actually need it. The Dipole 1+ Li fits the confines of any pack and gives you the freedom, security and comfort you want for a wide range of conditions.

Setup: Fast, easy and strong 4-stake fly-first pitch with a rectangular footprint – pitched in under 2 minutes, with guyline-free entry and exit so there is nothing to trip over at the doors.
Trekking poles: Requires two trekking poles or substitute poles (sold separately). Poles can be oriented tip-up or handle-up with optional adapters and angled to widen the doorways.
Interior space: 112 cm (44") of adjustable headroom and a 213 cm (84") floor accommodate users up to 203 cm (6'8"). The reverse-tapered floor is 91 cm (36") wide at the ends and 71 cm (28") in the middle, giving shoulder and hip room where it matters.
Sleeping pads: Easily fits any length sleeping pad and widths up to 71 cm (28"), or wider with pole adjustments.
Doors & vestibules: Dual doors and vestibules for easy entry and exit plus 1.78 m² of covered gear storage. Magnetic fly door ties for ease of use and security in wind; vestibules expand with extra stakes (guyline included) and roll fully back while keeping the interior behind the drip line.
Ventilation: Large and adjustable high and low venting options, plus ambidextrous end vent “windows” with storm flaps and a moldable rim – tunable airflow with full storm protection when needed.
Condensation management: Partial solid interior blocks cold wind while maintaining views and ventilation. Condensation catchers with adjustable tensioning add splash and draft protection, and an optional clip-in liner (61 g) is available; the elastic interior loops double as gear hangers.
