The Cord Winder is a purpose-built ultralight line organizer designed specifically for food bag and bear bag hanging systems. Born from real trail experience and customer feedba ck, this compact tool transforms the frustrating tangle of bear bag line into a neat, organized system that deploys smoothly every time.
After watching hikers struggle with bulky kite winders and tangled cordage, we created a better solution: a smaller, lighter, stronger cord winder engineered specifically for backcountry food protection systems. At just 11.6g (0.4 oz), it's the ultralight solution to one of camping's most annoying problems.

Works perfectly with 50 feet of modern ultralight cordage including:

• Dyneema 2.2mm
• Dyneema 1.75mm
• Lawson Glowire
• Other high-strength, low-stretch lines

NOTE: Cord and stuff sack are not included.

MATERIAL:  PLA (Polylactic Acid) - biodegradable thermoplastic which provides the structural strength needed for repeated winding and unwinding. 
It's Biodegradable - derived from renewable, organic sources such as corn starch or sugar cane.
